Terms & Conditions ap33 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

Within these Terms & Conditions, certain terms carry specific and fixed meanings. Understanding these definitions is important before you proceed to read the sections that follow.

• "ap33" refers to the online betting and casino platform operating under the domain ap33.express, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and related services offered.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the ap33 platform.
• "Account" refers to the unique user profile registered at ap33, including account balance, betting history, and associated personal information.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held in a user's ap33 account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, special offers, or promotions granted by ap33 to users subject to the terms specified for each respective offer.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed by a user on any game or sporting event available on the ap33 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" (Wagering Requirement) refers to the minimum amount that must be wagered before bonus funds are eligible to be converted into withdrawable cash.

To register and use the ap33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. ap33 strictly prohibits minors from using this platform in any capacity.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident residing in Malaysia at the time of using ap33's services.
• Has never been banned or prohibited by ap33 from using the platform previously.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity in any form.
• Not currently experiencing active problem gambling or undergoing any gambling-related treatment programme.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. ap33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when account activity requires confirmation. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and proof of payment method.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at ap33. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings without compensation.

Your ap33 account is your sole personal responsibility. The following terms and rules apply to account management:

Ap33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access to a user's account without prior notice if there are signs of suspicious activity, outstanding verification requests, or any circumstances requiring further investigation to protect the interests of the user and the integrity of the platform.

All financial transactions on the ap33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. ap33 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks.
• Deposits are typically credited to your ap33 account within seconds to a maximum of 5 minutes, depending on the payment method used.
• Ap33 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as the ap33 account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (same payment source policy).
• Withdrawals for fully verified accounts (KYC complete) are processed within 3–15 minutes. Unverified accounts may take longer until verification is completed.
• Ap33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or a user's first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals involving bonus funds can only be processed once all associated wagering requirements have been fully met.

Ap33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to the following terms, in addition to the specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that vary by offer. You must fulfil the applicable wagering requirements before any bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses are valid for use within the specified time period only. Any bonus that expires before the wagering requirements are met will be automatically forfeited.
• Ap33 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount that can be placed using bonus funds. Bets exceeding that limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each ap33 user is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
• Ap33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.
• Any attempt to abuse the ap33 bonus system — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, or hedge betting — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.

Betting on the ap33 platform — covering football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, and other leagues), Live Casino, slots, Virtual Sports, and all other categories — is subject to the following general rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the user, except in circumstances specifically provided for under the applicable game rules.
• Winnings are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. ap33 reserves the right to void any bets affected by significant odds errors resulting from technical faults or data entry mistakes.
• For Sports Betting, ap33 reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as match cancellations, venue changes, or critical technical disruptions.
• Live betting uses odds updated in real time. ap33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend markets under certain circumstances during a match.
• The minimum bet per match or game is as displayed in the ap33 platform interface for each respective market.
• Ap33 reserves the right to decline or limit bets from specific users based on internal risk assessment without being required to provide detailed reasons.

Ap33 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations may result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Multi-accounting — registering more than one ap33 account for yourself or on behalf of others to obtain bonus benefits or to deceive the system.
• Identity fraud — registering using another person's name, identity documents, or personal information without their consent.
• Money laundering — using the ap33 platform as a channel to transfer or conceal funds obtained through illegal means.
• Software bug exploitation — deliberately exploiting bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system inconsistencies within ap33 to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse — using strategies specifically designed to exploit ap33's bonus system, including arbitrage, systematic hedging, or coordination with other users.
• Use of automated software — using bots, automation scripts, or third-party software to automate betting or any other actions on the ap33 platform.
• System interference — any attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorised access to any part of ap33's systems.
• Gambling on behalf of others — accepting money from a third party to be wagered through your personal ap33 account.

An ap33 account may be closed or suspended under certain circumstances:

Closure at the user's request: You may request the closure of your ap33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once identity verification is complete. Please ensure there are no active bets or outstanding bonus requirements before submitting your closure request.

Closure by ap33: ap33 reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

In no event shall ap33's total liability to any user exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Ap33 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notice or email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances that require immediate action.

Continued use of the ap33 platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes made, you have the right to close your ap33 account before the new terms come into effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the established process, beginning with direct discussion with the ap33 team as a first step before any further action is taken.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from this document while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
